1/6/12 I will stick to plan because I want to look great for my brother's wedding.
1/7/12 I will stick to plan because I want to be able to maintain good health the rest of my life.
1/8/12 i will stick to plan so I can avoid bad knees
1/11/12 i will stick to plan so I can wear those express dress pants:
1/17/12 i will stick to plan so i can inspire my husband to also look after his health.
3/8/12 I will stick to plan so i walk up steps without getting so winded.
3/17/12 i will stick to plan because i've inspired my husband and i want to do this together
3/18/12 i will stick to plan so i can hear more people tell me how great i look as i become more fit and healthy.
3/19/12 i will stick to plan so i can continue to feel this strong pride in my ability to take care of myself.
3/20/12 i will stick to plan so I can buy a new swimsuit my next vacation to the beach and hopefully not have to worry about wedgies.

-I will stick to plan so I can rock little crop-tops this summer.
-I will stick to plan so that I can sprint like the wind, running at blazing speed into sorbet sunsets.
-I will stick to plan so that my legs, already long and lean, will become weapons of mass destruction when clad in these over-the-knee heeled boots I want to get.
-And the only non-aesthetic reason: I will stick to plan because I think I won't get so many pesky flare-ups of tendonitis/ilio-tibial band inflammation if I keep my weight low.
