Last week's weigh in I was at my lowest point in six months 142.6. Today, I weighed in at 144.8. It's TOM over here, so I know that some of that is water weight--but I've also allowed myself to go crazy over the past three days eating basically whatever I want, and going overboard.
In exactly 4 weeks I'll be seeing my boyfriend for the first time in 2.5 months! I'm so excited to see him and I really really want to be in the 137-139 range by that point, as that's my usual weight range. I want to feel entirely confident and sexy around him like I used to!
SO, that being said, I'm giving myself a mini 28-day challenge to lose at least 5 pounds. I know it's attainable. I know I can do it. Now, i just need to DO IT. And hearing advice from everyone here on 3FC is always a huge motivator, so let me know if you have any tips for motivating myself!
I already do short-term goals rewards, but I'm generally very bad about setting daily goals to keep myself accountable. So, that will be my first thing to focus on!
