Default On a MISSION!

Last week's weigh in I was at my lowest point in six months 142.6. Today, I weighed in at 144.8. It's TOM over here, so I know that some of that is water weight--but I've also allowed myself to go crazy over the past three days eating basically whatever I want, and going overboard.

In exactly 4 weeks I'll be seeing my boyfriend for the first time in 2.5 months! I'm so excited to see him and I really really want to be in the 137-139 range by that point, as that's my usual weight range. I want to feel entirely confident and sexy around him like I used to!

SO, that being said, I'm giving myself a mini 28-day challenge to lose at least 5 pounds. I know it's attainable. I know I can do it. Now, i just need to DO IT. And hearing advice from everyone here on 3FC is always a huge motivator, so let me know if you have any tips for motivating myself!

I already do short-term goals rewards, but I'm generally very bad about setting daily goals to keep myself accountable. So, that will be my first thing to focus on!

I did a 100-day challenge, where I stayed on-plan with eating 100% EVERY DAY. Excercise was a bonus, and I did it as often as I felt comfortable and my schedule would allow.

Maybe you could make your daily goal about staying on plan? Make it through the whole day uner calories, etc...brush your teeth..and feel super-satisfied that you did it that day! Wake up and do again. :-)

No words of wisdom..but you can do it! I'd like to get down to 139 before I see my boyfriend in 2.5 weeks

Thanks for the advice ChickieChicks! For the past two days I've started writing down mini-goals to stay on plan (or close to on plan, at least!) and I've found that's really been helping!! I don't know if I could make it 100% on 100 days-Congrats!!

Lisa-Yet another similarity between us :-) Good luck!! We both can do it!!

Lisa: I've been weighing in at 143 for the past three days, and had an awesome cardio session yesterday that burnt ~700 calories, so I'm hoping to see 142 again either tomorrow or the next day!

I've been really good about tracking everything I've been eating and setting daily goals and it's helped SO MUCH! hopefully I can continue like this!

Congrats on your 141!! You are so close! Hopefully I'll be right there with you soon!
