Hey!!! I am new to posting too and don't seem to fit in very well here.
I am 126 and need to get down to 115. I lost about 45lbs very fast bc of health problems and it has left me rather flabby in the butt, thighs and tummy. Having 5 kids over a 21yr period didn't help the cause either!
I am eating a very low cal, super unhealthy diet.. blah - partly due to habit and being lazy and partly because I have messed up insides that prevent me eating some.. MOST healthy foods!!!
Despite not being very heavy, I am SOOOOO unfit. 10 mins on the treadmill and I seriously think I die. I can lift weights well, but my stamina is ZERO! Trying to work on that.
