moviegrl1737 - Sugar was hard for me to avoid the first month, but then it got easier. I just felt awful after eating it. I do have treats from time to time but keep the portions small. Try drinking water whenever you're hungry and wait 30 mins to see if you really want that sugar treat. I also find having protein helps curb my afternoon munchies. I have a hard boiled egg, trail mix or greek yogurt every day around 3/3:30 to power me through until dinner. Sarahlynn - congrats on your new low! 133.6 - went to yoga last night so not sure if any of that is water weight. Would love to officially be down in the 133s instead of the 134s! |
I'm officially joining the club! I finally (after.. 6 months! 6 months to lose 12 pounds! FML) hit the 130s today.
So starting at 139.6 and hoping it doesn't take another 6 months to lose the remaining 9.6! But basically I suspect I'll be in this thread for a long while! |

After a couple months of slacking off I'm finally back on track and hit the 130s today so I am joining this thread for good! Weighed in at 138.5 this morning :) I am over halfway to my goal! |
Finally some movement on the scale - went from 134.4 to 134. hihi.

Well I somehow lost another 1lb today so am at 138.6! I usually only "officially" weigh on Mondays though.. but am just so excited by these loses cos it's taken me so so so long to get beneath 140! |

138.4 I should be happy because I haven't weighed in a few days and I haven't gained but honestly I am so over being 138. I saw 137 the one day and not since. :(

134 this AM. TOM came last night.

Still on my TOM, but went to Bikram last night. Down to 131.6 - surely 1-2lbs of water weight but the scale will tell tomorrow. My lowest weight in the last 5 years!
