Default 17 day diet

Anyone done it? I bought the book the other day and I'm excited to try it! Id love to hear what others think of this diet and thier results if they have tried it!!

I tried it, I lasted all of one day lol. My sister and Mom did it for about 2 weeks. It is extremely restrictive if you are use to eating the typical American diet. It's very healthy but the weight my family lost was quickly put back on because they couldn't stick with it.

I have to have pizza and a sandwich every now and then so this diet just wasn't for me. If you have the willpower, I think it can be good, it just gets a little boring.
