Question Plateauing

I think I have hit a plateau. I do not eat over 1284 cal per day(calculated by the webmd food and fitness planner) I exercise. I cannot get down below 145. I am only 4'11 so I am no where near my healthy weight so my body cannot be telling me that I am done. I do not know what to do. If I eat any less I feel dizzy when exercising. Anyone else had this problem? What did you do to change it?

Have you tried eating more? You're not giving your body enough fuel.

Figure out what your BMR is (http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/) and try eating that amount of calories for a few weeks. If you exercise regularly, try eating your BMR+20% (multiply BMR by 1.2)

Have you looked into calorie cycling?

How long have you been at 145? Many people stabilize for a while and then the scale starts moving again without changing routines.

I have been here for a few weeks. But I have pumped up my exercise and everything. It may be muscle(I am hoping)! Its weird though I was feeling better/leaner 5 lbs ago. I have looked into calorie cycling, however I was told to never go under 1200 cal per day so it wouldn't be much of a cycle if I am already only eating 1284 or under per day. I agree with the fact that I may not be eating enough(I almost fainted after a hard interval workout last week, it was 85 degrees though).
