I want to be at 119 -- and done with half my weight loss -- by the end of spring break (March 21st), so my hope for March is to lose five pounds of fat and hopefully turn a little more into lean muscle mass. Oh, and to be able to run a 30-minute 5k.

My goals for March are to get under 120 and STAY there, and also lower my average weight from last month. For February, my avg. weight was 121.9, so would like it to be lower.
Weight today: 120.6
Goal 4/1: 118.0
It doesn't seem like much, but very insurmountable right now...
My goal is to be comfortably under 140, so I'm in 130s no matter when I weigh in during the day. Also, would love to be running solid 30-40 minutes and graduate c25K in the second week.
My big goal is to hit 115 by April, so I've made some mini goals for March that are down in my signature. I probably also hope that I'm 118 by March 31st.
