kwinkle, you are an inspiration. Wow.

Today marks the end of my first full week calorie-counting on SparkPeople (I used another site for a couple days previously) and I've been 'on-plan' in my carb/fat/protein balance and averaging under 1350 calories a day!! Woooo. I haven't worked out much -- one spin class and that's all (sigh) -- but have been taking the stairs / walking 40+ minutes a day to just get around, so I'm hoping for a 1 lb loss this week.

Next week: Try to average under 1300 with all days under 1400 (no cheats like this time), work out at least three times, actually succeed in getting 8 glasses of water a day (right now I'm at 4-6). I'm proud of myself for not going off-plan when I had a terrible day yesterday and finding a way to restrict calories while still enjoying all the foods I love.

kwinkle, fivestone, you guys are my heroes.

I am instituting a week long ban on sweets. I have really been scaring myself the past couple weeks with the binges.

I ran a 5k in 24 minutes! Okay, it was on a perfectly flat treadmill, so that's pretty much cheating, I know. But still. My goal for the semester was to be under 24 minutes, so I'm one stinkin' second away from my goal. I'm going to time it on an outside course when I go home over spring break--hopefully I'll be up to an outdoor 23 min, 59 second time by then (fingers crossed!).

I just threw away 20 pairs of granny panties that had gotten a little extra granny with the weight loss.

Hahahah, Ashley I admire your honesty, made me laugh.

Today was my cheat day/meal, but I didn't even seize the opportunity, instead I still ate a healthy meal and instead of a desert I ate six delicious, sweet strawberries and I wasn't even mad about it. When I'm good I'm reeeeeeeally good and when I'm bad I'm reeeeeeally baaaad!
