I'm 5'8.75". Used to be 5'9", but I'm shrinking as I age so I won't be able to post in this thread for long.
I'm 144 lbs, about 15% BF measured with calipers. I have a decent 4-pack, but I am looking to drop a bit more fat to see the full 6-pack. It's a vanity goal, pure and simple, but there you go.
FWIW, I've been lifting for years, and haven't bulked up beyond a size 4 or 6, depending on the brand. Don't be afraid of the weights!
