I'm stuck at about 138 at the moment, it's driving me insane! I'm really hoping to be into the 120s by the new year (my goal weight is somewhere between 120-126). It was only about 11 months ago that I was 123, then I gained 17lbs in 5 months and have only managed to lose and relose the same 2 or 3 pounds for the last 6 months, very frustrating.
Eryn s, I think that's completely doable for the new year! What kind of plan are you following?
Pammi2003, I know what you mean--I haven't been at my goal weight since middle school, so I'm really excited to get there!

I weighed in today at the exact same weight I was at yesterday--133.8. Lately though, I've been reconsidering my goal. I may want to get down to 110 or 115. I guess I just have to see how I feel once I get to 120...I really want to be comfortable in a bikini, so whatever weight that is will be my goal, I guess! I'm just worried of getting into the cycle where my weight is never enough, and I'll never get to maintenance.

My weight has gone UP the last couple of days. 135.4 >>>136.6>>>137.2.

Eh, it's kind of expected as the 135 number was a pretty big drop from the day before. Why did it drop then? Who knows.
Anyway, I've had some transgressions involving chocolate (tho I don't think I went too high in overall calories. I was mentally keeping track) and probably way too much sodium.
Time to crack down. I will track all calories again! I'm with eryn s, I want to see 129 by the beginning of 2011. I'm still on schedule if I look at my FitDay weight goal graph. But not if the scale keeps moving in the wrong direction!
LillyLover- I'm just counting calories (I aim for about 1200 a day) and trying to keep active, I'm not one for doing "proper" exercise but I'm trying to make sure I walk everywhere I can and taking the stairs instead of the lift, just things like that.
EmmaD- It's so annoying when the scale goes in the wrong direction isn't it? I hope it starts going back down for you soon!
I want to join! I swear I've been stuck in the 130-132 range this last month. It's annoying. I thought I saw a 129.5 earlier today but then tried again and back to 131.
So I'm at 137.2 (again) yesterday and back to 136.6 (again) today. Someone posted a while back about certain weights they repeatedly come back to, like not even 0.2 lbs off.
No point to this except that it's funny how this happens with all the seemingly random bumping up & down.
I would like to try for the 120's. Like Txalupa, my original goal was 140 but now that I have reached it, I realize there is more to take off, especially on my tummy. I have been overweight for so long, it is hard to imagine a flat tummy. I want to see what 129 looks like.
Molldoll, let's do it!! I'm at 131.4 as of this morning, and you're literally 0.1 lbs away. You've got this!! By the way, and you don't have to answer this, but how did you choose your goal weight? I've been debating whether or not to lower mine.
