I like that the 30DS seems to have given me not only a real waist but possibly, maybe, the beginning of "abs". Well, right now it's just 1 ab.

And I like that this has in turn given me the confidence to post something on a Featherweight page! If there's one thing I've NEVER been called in my life, it's a featherweight.

I like it that exercising turned out to be most enjoyable this morning, even though it took some effort to get myself to do it. I saw a hawk in a field, too, while I was walking.

It can absolutely burn a ton of calories - gets my heart-rate up anyway! The class I take is 60 minutes, Ashtanga-style yoga. The room is kept right at 99-100 degrees and 65% or so humidity. I think some places do it without adding any humidity, though. The high humidity makes it ridiculous! I have never sweat so much in an hour in my life. It's pretty intense. I would recommend trying it at least once! It's a nice change from running/elliptical/cycling. Works every muscle in your body!

I like it that I'm starting to see and feel the me I've been missing, which was underneath all the pounds of insulation. That me is appearing, both inside and out!

I like that I went to the grocery store last night and left with a cart full of healthy choices and no binge foods!!!

And I like that it's finally Friday... I'll just have to watch it this weekend!
