Because the numers on my scale were finally starting to go down and then in the past few days I've been surrounded my family and friends which has meant I've had pretty much no control over what I've been eating and I'm fairly sure I've gained back all the weight I've lost so far this month. And because I'm determined to hit 130 by the end of the month. (Now I've got to go weigh myself to see the damage done and decide whether 130 is even possible!)
Because I want to keep fitting into into these smaller clothes.
Because I am going out of town soon and I can use some wiggle room.
Because I really don't need all that junk anyway, and it's really not worth it.
Wow... Kellost, I wish I was in your shoes/jeans right now! I'm 217lbs at the moment and want to get down to 126lbs. How did you do it and how long did it take you??
I will be good because I maintained, which is reinforcing that my goal is JUST out of my reach and I should keep going forward! Plus I have the beach on friday so I don't want to mess up!
I will be good today because I have an off-plan day scheduled for Saturday (grandparents 60th anniversary) and I want to see a loss for the week on Monday!
Because I was bad last night... Lotsa wine and some not too many though potato chips... Plus we have a BBQ today too, it'll be hard to be good...two bad days in a row do not add up to weight loss
