So what always kills me is just wanting to keep eating even though I'm not hungry per say... today I've been really wanting to eat but right now I only have healthy foods in my room so it hasn't been too much of a problem.
share your stories on how you avoid the munchie monster!!!
the only way i can avoid munchies is if I cut out junky, sugary, processed-carb-type stuff out of my diet as much as I can, and try to stick to fruit for the most part. That seems to curb the munchies for me.
but when I'm totally craving something, I'll just have a little of it, otherwise I won't be able to stop thinking about it.
When I get the munchies at night I take a bath and go to bed ... During the day it's a whole different story ... I chew gum, I don't go near the kitchen... I get out of the kitchen right after a meal if I feel the need to continue eating, DH gets to do the dishes
