Hi everyone, I'm happy to be posting here as I really need a good kick in the butt!
I have gained 10 lbs since February and I'm ready for it to be gone for good. I teach a Spin class twice a week and practice Bikram yoga a few times a week but the scale is not budging. It seems as soon as I turned 40 it got stuck.
I lost nearly 20 lbs 4 years ago going through a divorce. It just melted away due to stress and I ended up pretty skinny (114). I'm 5'5" and had been able to maintain 122-125 pretty well. Now I'm 130 and going to knock these pounds off!
So, my plan is to cut down on the calories, wine (bummer!) and up the exercise. I'm going on a cruise in 15 days so hoping to get rid of a few before then and keep on going.

My goal is 120. I am inspired by your stories and am looking forward to posting here.
