Hello, my name is Nan05. I am new to this site and am not sure how to get around yet but thought this would be a good starting point. I am needing to lose about 20 lbs. I think reading posts from others will help to moivate me and hopefully I will learn some new techniques to help along the way. Look forward to meeting everyone!

I just joined two days ago and have already found it to be helpful! It is interesting to read everyone's stories and tips. I have already learned quite a bit! For me, I just need help with the motivation!

Hi Nan, and welcome I am new to this particular part of the board, and have spent more time lurking than posting on the rest of the board. I have about ten/fifteen pounds left to remove, and am procrastinating with them big time! I, too, am reading posts here hoping to get motivated to shift the last few pounds off.

Hi, I am Trudy, and I am new here.
I actually want to lose 15 pounds.
IT is hard for me, as I eat when I am stressed or upset, but then I also eat when I am happy.
I was anorexic for quite a while as well. I've also been bulimic.

HELP!

I need to relearn how to tell when I am REALLY hungry and when I am not.
