Smile Less than 10 to go...

Hello!

I am new to the 3FC! I am 5'8" 1/2 and 138 lbs. I'm not fat, in fact I'm quite skinny EXCEPT for my tummy. It is soft and a poochy. I have been trying to lose 8 lbs forever so I can get rid of the tummy, but I eat healthy and exercise for two weeks, and then get off track for a week and repeat.

Thus, no success. How can 8 lbs be so difficult?? I know it's probably because I don't technically need to lose weight, but a 20-something should not have a flabby stomach.

Any advice? Maybe less carbs and more lean protein? I try to stay around 1500 a day, but I'l have days of 1200 and 2500 in the same week. There's no consistency! Thanks!

Given your low weight, it might be easier for you to change your body by lifting weights, rather than diet. In this way you can reshape your body. If you add muscle to your arms and legs, but stay the same weight, it will have to come from somewhere, right? And I imagine your tummy is where it would come from...
