I'm doing fine this week so far (went out for ice cream for the first time in a while on Sunday and am trying to work it off plus some). But that's just it; I'm doing "fine" - not "great," which is where I'd rather be! I don't know, I just feel somewhat bored lately I guess....not necessarily just with my diet/exercise, but my daily routine in general.

So maybe I will start calling up people and making plans before the summer is over!! I can't believe it's almost August already
I have heard so many good things about Fage yogurt at 3FC that I decided to try some this week. Had it for breakfast with granola and fresh mango mixed in - yum!

I probably won't be buying it regularly though; while the extra protein is great, it's not enough to justify spending MORE money when we already pay a lot for fresh fruits and veggies. I think my diet will do just fine without it for now.
My mom and I walked yesterday and today for an hour and went to the gym today, and I've stayed OP pretty much. Tomorrow though we are having dinner at the neighbor's house, and I don't know what that will be so I'll have to be careful! Hopefully they won't serve anything too high-cal

I want to be under 110 by my birthday, and there's no room to spare at this point!
Iris - I would just give your body a couple more days to adjust...this is exactly why I don't weigh myself every day! The scale just fluctuates too much for me to take it seriously. Keep drinking water and exercising and you will be fine, I promise!!
