What's your plan? I am using a combo of South Beach principles and calorie counting, which really means i try to eat south beachy, but make allowances in my calories for more treats...but the foods are generally healthy, whole grains fresh veggies and fruits and good fats. Nothing too trendy. I struggle though with sweets and exercise. I love chocolate and hate sweating, what can i say. I realize i'm gonna have to get over that if i want to get the last 12 lbs off!!
Just curious what the rest of you are doing to fight off those last few lbs.
I'm also upping my calories for the rest of this week to see if that makes a difference. If it doesn't, i'll go back down after vacation next week. Don't want to be too deprived, though i feel like it will happen pretty naturally while i'm there since i'll be so busy i won't be snacking much!
