They got dominos pizza.
When I came in last night I binged. Had liek 3 slices of pizza and a slice of garlic bread.
When I woke up this afternoon the scales said 9st 4lb.
I'd binged yet I'd lost weight?
How is that possible?
Water weight. Fat weight doesn't change that fast, so fast changes (up or down) are water weight, which can change fast. Even 3 slices of pizza isn't enough to gain 1 pound. Many find that salty meals make them retain water, but it might show up more the 2nd day rather than immediately.
Plus, you said you weighed in the afternoon. If that is not your usual time to weigh, you'll definitely see even more variation.
I had that with dominos pizza a couple of weeks ago..had like 4 slices one evening and lost weight the next day and the day after...it never showed up. Ive been calling it miracle pizza!

I usually find that after binging the next day I might be up a lb and then the binge results will show the next day. You might be lucky, but I'd say if you're going to gain weight - it'll be tomorrow.
