starting is so very hard -so I try to map out the day's food the night before to keep it in my head for the next day - doesn't always work but sometimes it feels like a balance
I do exercise though and that comes easily - losing weight doesn't at all and I have hardly budged in a month

if I can't get out at least once a day and do something physical, even on the weekends when I don't have to walk for a living.
