If you want to change the look of your upper body, I'd suggest weight training. I know a great website dedicated to women and weight training. This site won't allow me to post it (I'm too new), so PM me if you'd like the link.

I'm planning to start weight training again (today, actually) because I love how I feel and how I look when I'm doing it.

Oh, and if you are happy with the way you look, tell the naysayers to bugger off.

Good luck!

Could you email me the link? I can't send PM's yet! I'm too new. My yahoo address is chrissychristinatia.

Also, are you weight training without a personal trainer?

Thanks so much!
