Balance your eating – don’t eat too much of any one thing.

Instead of adding a set or sets, first do your best on one set by increasing the weight or number of reps in the set. When this one set is strengthen and you feel stronger,add just one set and repeat.

I am at the beginning with first up 5 pounds but overall 20+ pounds to go.

I really like my cadence gadget for spinning and my heart monitor overall.

I don’t think so, I keep a chart in 2 ways – one by hand writing and one wpr that I look over each week.
