) more than in desserts --and I really don't like the combination of mint and chocolate.Today is going to be tough. I have a lunch meeting and will have to be off-plan for it (unfortunately, there's no way I can bring my own food). It will be a buffet and I should be able to make some okay choices, but it is all going to have more oil and more sugar than I normally eat. I don't think lunch will be too high in calories, but the extra sugar is likely to make me want to eat everything in the house when I get home. Plus, already I'm starting to have the "well, I was off-plan for lunch, might as well eat whatever I want" thoughts and I haven't even had lunch yet. And I'm not working out until 7 PM, so I can't even just take myself over to the gym and work out for an hour or so to quell the cravings. I can tell I will be white-knuckling it all afternoon (either that, or eating a lot of stuff I shouldn't).
