I know that you are right (Mudpie)...It can be very hard to figure out what the problem is though. I do have a self help book (which I hide from my boyfriend) because it is an embarrassing problem to have. At any rate, I did buy this book The Beck Diet Solution, which is great. It deals with all the cognitive reasons people eat and how to stay on a diet. They also have a workbook. I know it sounds weird but I am going to give it a try.
I am so happy to be a part of this forum. I have never done anything like this before so please excuse me if my posts are not as creative as everyone elses. I hope we can all help each other out. You all seem to be doing great and it is a great feeling to try to do things together rather than by yourself.
