I'm hanging in there at 113.5 but am having a great day. I went for my run this am (which actually went terribly, it was a hard run day for some reason) then did my push.tv workout (which was easier than I expected since I hadn't done it in a couple weeks) and THEN went out for a bike ride (which was also quite difficult after all the other workouts). Whew...lots of exercise today, I feel great.
My eating is doing excellent so far today, I've made an enormous chicken salad for the week and got most of my house tidied up. YAY! I love productive days like this...too bad they only happen once a month or so.
hehe oh dear. Well, I went up to 144 on vacation (I guess I won the race to gain 5 pounds?!?), but I'm back to 143 today. Not great, but some progress.
Gals - I was down to 138.1 Friday... It's TOM for me right now, so I don't plan to weigh again till Friday the 14th. I hope to be down... or at least not UP!
Anyway, I was UP to 115 yesterday and down to 114.5 today? WTHeck? No fair! I've been behaving myself, the scale isn't supposed to go UP? ARGH. Though, I think I'm within about a day of starting TOM so that BETTER what it is.
No change for me. I am still 3 pounds over my original starting weight of 154. I am 157 and holding. No surprise though as I am having a tough time really sticking to a proper eating plan.
I'm still hanging out at 113...I just have been really busy with our fall activities. Eating well and trying to stay active....no more weight down though...so...we'll see when I can find the time to kick up the exercise again.
Hi!!! May I join this thread? I am currently 117 lbs. My goal is 110 lbs. I'm 5"2. I've been tryin to lose these past 2 months but I just can't stay on track. I've already lost about 20, but that was a loooong time ago.
