D: LeanCuisine + extra frozen veggies - 400

I have been so "hungry" today. Not sure what's up, I'm sure I'm not really hungry.

ham on tortilla w/1 laughing cow & tomatoes & pickles

2 pcs of light string cheese
1C cole slaw

carrots, 2 laughing cow
triscuits

yogurt & Fiber One bar

scooped bagel w/light veggie cream cheese

chicken w/pasta and broccoli

I forgot I also had an apple and 1 sugar free pudding (it was chocolate/mint and it was deelish!).

AquaWarlock 07-11-2007 12:38 PM

my menu today is pretty whacked out esp. during the day, given a special dinner tonight:

B: Bran muffin top (100)
L: Mixed Green Salad with Gardenburger patty & raspberry vinaigrette (150)
S: Chocolate square (75)
D: Fondue dinner-for-two shared amongst three people -- a starter fondue course (apples, bread & veggies in cheese), then a small salad, followed by entree fondue (various meats & veggies in broth), then a dessert fondue (fruits & cakes in chocolate). I'm sure it'll be delish but very much eek! to my caloric intake.

E: 25 minutes cardio /w resistance bands, 10 minutes abs, 45 minutes jogging, 1 hour yoga.

Just some ritz crackers today. Tomorrow I want to start my cabbage soup diet. Exercise, well I work in a factory where I am on my feet for eight hours, doing different tasks, lifting heavy things. I am also going on a two hour walk soon around the trails.

hmm okay, so didn't do so good at the movie theatre...ended up getting Nibs, and I did put them away after I'd eaten the amount I wanted. But the thing is, we went to a late showing of the movie, and I started getting sleepy, so I dove back into the Nibs to stay awake! boo to me! I'm not too upset about it though. My goal for this week is mostly to maintain, since I know I'm going away this weekend (to a friend's cottage) and will have very little control over what I'm eating.

July Food

Started Atkins induction today. Seem to eat more frequently ( though smaller portions ) on all protien. Well, not ALL protien. Less than 20g of carbs, though. Enough to keep me out of rabbit starvation.

B: 3 eggs with sausage, cheddar cheese, and salsa. Diet coke.
