I'm feeling a bit like Hikerchick lately ... I just don't have much to say.
Another day that I try but not hard enough. I feel fine. My family is fine. Work is good. Ho hum.

Nothing wrong with maintenance, both in life and our weight loss. My weekend is absolute chaos - spring things coming in, winter going out - in direct contrast to the relative peace and quiet of the dog sit. Perhaps I'll go back there and relieve his other sitter

My cats are happy campers though - following me around and purrrrring! The neighbour's dog is also trying to join our family - she's been in our house about 20 times today - as I always love her up and give her snacks when I see her.

Monday will be business as usual - back to the routine. How is the 21 day challenge going everyone? What day are you all on?

Happy Mother's Day!

Hey Dagmar! Good morning. When today is all in fitday, I'll be able to check the last two weeks . I'm probably over calories and under protein but I'm trucking along to see what is what. Hopefully it'll make me smarter about eating habits. It has been very good for exercising.

Smile Happy Mother's Day

Good Morning Susan!
You get up as early as I do on Sundays - my DH says it's "unnatural" (I can hear him snoring from the next room as I type ).

Just checked your Fitday for yesterday - very detailed and clear. I'm so impressed by your ability to document all of your calories and activities. I'm rather less meticulous and tend to approximate although I am checking calorie counts when I write down what I eat. Do you fill out the charts at the end of the day for Fitday? I'm trying to fill out my diet journal at the beginning of the day so I have the plan in place and will be less inclined to stray.

Hope you and the rest of the group have a wonderful day with your kids and moms!

Dagmar

I'm going to work otherwise I would not be up yet. I actually slept until the alarm today.
I fill in as I go ... usually. But I do sometimes fill something in to see how it fits and then (maybe) eat it. I did that yesterday with the biscuits. DH made them so I wanted to try them somehow.
I run into trouble if I eat all day and then check.

Happy mother's day!

Its amazing what a luxury it was to sleep in until 7. Although I was awake from 6 on.

I didnt quite make my Mothers Day goal of 134, but I am just moving on to the next mini goal...first goal I missed. I do need to recommit, I have definitely been slacking.

But first to shake the bug
