Sounds like you have a great schedule. Wish I could take classes but I don't have the time. Okay, here are my goals for the week.
Monday- Nothing

Tues- 40 min at the gym, 15 min strength training, 20 min cardio
Wed- 40 min at the gym
Fri- 40 min at the gym
I'm trying a new approach, morning exercise for a short time, maybe I won't feel as exhausted. I will set goals for the weekend later.
