Recommitting Myself
Hey there everyone
I skipped my workout this morning like I had 3 times this week, I went to work today and ate two cupcakes and pop. Needless to say, I've been slacking.
Tonight when I got home I was feeling sluggish and fat, so tonight I went to the gym and ran until my lungs were burning. I feel great now and I want to stay that way.
So I am recommitting myself to my plan of calorie counting, avoiding processed sugar as much as humanly possible and working out 4-5 times per week.
