Boy did I ever fall off the wagon hard today --- (and incidentally, the one day where I didn't do a diet/activity post on the featherweight planning thread in the morning.... coincidence?
)
Was basically attacked with sweets today, which just got me craving MORE sweets -- so I basically had 1,000 more calories than what I budgeted myself for -- that's nearly a third of a pound!
Anyways, it involved a birthday cake, half a doughnut (whose calories are more like a whole doughnut, it was that obscene apple fritter thing), some mini chocolate easter eggs, and 2 shortbread cookies. My pancreas will be in overdrive for a while, if it survives all this sugar.
But I won't let this go on! Took me so hard to get down to the 140s -- and I'm only 3 pounds away from my planned summer goal. Time to move on and get back on track.
