Lightbulb One thing I LOVE about myself Today...
I thought of this Thread last night lying in bed. Hopefully you all like it as well. It's so easy for all of us to focus on the negative things we hate about ourselves, inside and out. Which doesn't help our motivation to stay focused on our goals. So, I thought if we all say one thing everyday that we love (It can be absolutely anything) it will make us feel a little better and maybe save us from straying another day.

Sooooo I'll start.

The one thing I love about myself are my eyebrows. The one thing I constantly get complemented on are how beautiful they are (they've got a great natural arch)

I have always loved my feet, ankles, and wrists. I especially love that I have a tattoo of a lizard crawling around my left wrist. I got the tattoo on my wrist because I figured that a tattoo is permanent so you have to get it on a part of your body that you are confident you won't mind drawing attention to for the rest of your life!

Tonight I am going to get a pedicure and I especially love they way my toes look after they been freshly filed and painted! I think I will do the brightest pink polish I can find!

One thing I love about myself today is that I'm wearing a very form fitting blouse and I'm impressed at my profile!!! Tummy is shrinking!

I love that I ran 1.5 miles today, even if it was in intervals for C25K. I feel so strong because I'm really moving through this running program!

The one thing I love about myself today is my will power not to eat the soft batch chocolate chip cookies that have been on top of the fridge for a week now. I'm also proud of my husband for not eating them (they are Sunday's treat)

The only thing I love about my body generally is that I have a really flat tummy. The rest is pretty hideous The one thing I love about myself today is, um, um, oh yes there was a big cookies fest at work today and I managed to stay well out of it. Am very pleased because biscuits are my own particular brand of poison
