I'm back, but not confessing! I didn't eat the doughnuts and also passed by the Cadbury mini-eggs in the candy isle earler today! I knew I better not have them in my house.

At Boston Pizza they make something called Spinach and Artichoke dip ... it was awesomely delicious ....
So ... I'm sitting at about 1900 cals and I sat in the car for over 7 hours :o

Confession: I didn't eat dinner last night. Not good. Calories too low. I ate a very healthy breakfast, lunch and two hearty snacks, though. At my meeting, the girl in charge of snacks brought Girl Scout Cookies!!! I stayed AWAY from those but did eat some of the candy covered peanuts that she brought as well. By the time I got home (very late) I wasn't hungry and just went to bed. This is probably why I lost half a pound. But I'm sure it will reappear tomorrow.

I got these stupid dark chocolate covered dried cherries for our ski trip and I cant stop eating them. I DONT EVEN LIKE THEM but they are stupid addictive. I think I had 8 yesterday.

Ate WAY over plan yesterday. Yesterday I really was in a "oh just screw it" mood.

But the sun is shining and the utility companies marked all my lines so I will be planting today. (mini growl - the only lines that really interfere with where I want to plant is cable...which I wouldnt care about since we use the dish, except that all the lines that zig zag randomly across my front yard are for my NEIGHBORS cable. Seriously do not understand why there is one line on the left of my property that goes through my flower bed and to her house and ALSO a line on the right of my property that goes under my driveway and cuts diagonally right through the middle of my front lawn (right where a decorative tree goes) all the way to the left side to her house. Stupid cable

ACK already ate SEVEN of those f'ers today and its only 10:40 am. The good news is there are only 3 left in the bag.

Toss them in the trash, Ennay! Don't eat empty calories if you're not even enjoying them!!! It's a complete waste.

My confession: last night at work, I ate chocolate mousse. And a slice of bacon. And some croutons. And some lox. And then I had dinner (quite virtuous: big salad and seared scallops, although too many scallops). My only saving grace was that the kitchen had run out of my favorite rocquefort, otherwise I'd have eaten that too. Working in a restaurant is hazardous!!!

This is probably the worst confession I've ever had to make, I don't remember ever having such a bad eating day.....Here goes, this is what I consumed yesterday in total:
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (not bad.)
- 2 enormous (5") cookies (oatmeal chocolate chip and gingersnap)
- 1 dense muffin
- 1 large cinnamon bun
- some green grapes (also not too bad.)
- a bunch of potato chips (I haven't had those in over 6 months!! what gives?!?!)
- 3 beers
- 3 shots of tequila

The most confession-y part of it is that after all that liquor, it didn't stay down. UGHHHHH. It feels so good to get that off my chest. Sorry girls.

P.S. It was my last day of classes in university, I'm not usually that big of a drinker.

After a week without anything, I had wine with lunch today.

Carey~don't take it too bad. You'll be back on track today or tomorrow (as soon as that hangover subsides!). Drink a little extra water today.

Most of the days of break are confession worthy. What is it with being off routine?? Spring break is doing me in --I have healthy foods, but maybe too much time on my hands. Lots of cravings, which I'm not fending off well at all! I'm scared to see how much I've gained...

LOL - I just realized I qualify as a featherweight. CRAZY.

I split a bottle of wine with my partner tonight. This weekend is going to be a little bit higher as well - Easter (though my mom is roasting a chicken, which is not so bad), a pre-wedding planning session with my dad which will involve dinner (and he is a bigger guy and a big eater), and a crazy running around day tomorrow that I -think- I've planned for but may get a little sketchy. My one and only goal - get a run in on Sunday.

sweet_talker 04-07-2007 02:49 AM

Hi Mandalinn, I always read your posts on other forums on the site, welcome! :)

2 days of confessing:

Friday:
Pepperoni pizza
Hot fudge sundae

Today it gets worse:
French toast and bacon
Too much chinese food
French Fries
Peanut butter and chocolate shake (LARGE!)

Absolutely no exercise since my walk mid-week!

now a bad case of heartburn and bummed out because tomorrow is Easter and will be another high calorie day!

I weighed in at 146.6 but after my binge now am back up to 148.5!

Doughnut 04-08-2007 07:59 PM

I'd like to confess the whole of my Easter break from Thursday through to Sunday. Inclusive. :( Tomorrow is a new day though - right?

3fcuser1058250 04-08-2007 11:21 PM

If I had to confess EVERYTHING I ate I'd be here all night...

Agreed. I'm not even going to go into detail about my weekend. Ugh. It's in the past, and I'm only looking forward!
