Hi everyone.. I hope it's okay if I join in here :)


Yesterday: run 5k, walk up 20 flights of stairs...then walk down 25 flights of stairs

Today: cycling for 45 minutes, weight training, then a quick 20 min walk/run... and walking to and from the gym.. it's a 15 minute walk from my place

Tomorrow: ??? maybe a run and some stairs

FINALLY got round to getting back to some exercise - I've been a bit sick and a bit busy. :p

Yesterday - 2 hours kickboxing :D

I did WATP 3 mile tonight on my lunch break, and *hope* do some weight training when I get home from work :)

I am totally lazy today, I don't feel like running, swimming or weight training... so there! Tomorrow is another day...

I did an hour and a half of kickboxing - stupid second class was cancelled :p If I'd know that at lunchtime I would've dragged myself to the gym :p

I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and honestly don't have the energy to do anymore :( Maybe I'll catch a second wind....

March 15:
30-min C25K (Week 5, Day 1)
30-min elliptical
Amy Bento All Pump (strength training DVD; 40 min)

March 16:
Turbo Jam Cardio Party 1 (40 min)
20-min walk on incline

Today, I did Firm Cardio Sculpt (55min) and Treadmill walk (60min). It's getting late so I'm not sure if I'll manage to get in another round of cardio.
