hey girls, this is my first time around...and I'm not sure exactly where to go...I would love to meet some girls with similar goals to keep me motivated and to motivate you guys as well...I am a 22 year old student with full of dreams and passion, i would love to finally get out there, out of my confort zone and loose 15 pounds and feel great about myself, I love working out (I even work at a gym and have a certificate in personal training) but somehow, my binging habbits tend to drag me down....way too often actually. This site looks amazing but I'm not kwite sure how to us it...lol

Hello and welcome! I'm a 21 year old student and I'm here for almost the exact reason as you! I also work at a gym and love to exercise but I also love yummy food (especially chocolate) which makes eating healthy a little tough at times when I want to eat everything in sight... I've been on track for a while now and this site does help a lot to keep you motivated! I'm sure you will find the support you need here, good luck!
