Wink Question On Phase 1

OK I BOUGHT THE BOOK NOW I WANT TO KNOW IF FLAVORED INSTANT OATMEAL OK, I HAVE SOME MAPLE & BROWN SUGAR (LOW SUGAR OF COURSE ) IN THE CABINET AND WAS GOING TO USE THAT, WOULD THIS BE OK? ALSO IS CANNED VEG OK OR DOES EVERYTHING HAVE TO BE FRESH?

Hi I don't see a weight-tracker on your profile. Go to your UserCP, click 'edit signature' and paste it in there It will show up on future posts.

Instant oatmeal with sugar is not allowed, even the low sugar kind. McCann's makes an instant oatmeal with Splenda, if that interests you. The book does suggest eliminating artificial sweeteners in P1, but he has also said you don't have to do that unless you are trying to detox. A lot of people still included Splenda, though usually just a little.


Re: vegetables - Fresh is best, frozen is next, and canned would be a last resort.
