Hi. I'm Sarah, new to fat-smashing. I started detox yesterday. So far so good. I feel like I am eating more than usual but at least its fruits and vegs. My book is coming in the mail but I got enough info on the internet to get started. I loved the show and really liked the idea of this diet because it was more of a nutritional lifestlye change than a calorie counting diet. I feel empowered to lose the weight because I have a plan now.
