Default beans and side effects (sorry about topic)

I went and ordered an electric pressure cooker to do my beans. Oh my gosh they are so much better this way, I can not get over the buttery, nutty flavor. Well I read that soaking and pressure cookers cut back on gas. I take beano and still have terrible bloating with gas. Does anyone know the name of the herb or spice that you can cook with to cut that out. I had read it somewhere, people in Mexico or SOuth America use it when cooking beans I think. Kathy

I did a quick Google check and came up with epazote. I've never heard of it & didn't investigate much further. So do a search for that herb and see where you can find it.

Beano works for me if I use it properly. Sometimes I forget to take it right before I start eating the beans and in reading the directions I've found that I need to make sure I have another 1 to 2 tablets while eating.
