Hi everyone! I'm new to this site. Have finished with Phase 1 and agree with you all with the first 3 days being the hardest! I was glad when that headache went away.

I'm in phase 2 now. Almost been a week on Phase 2, and I've gained 2 pounds back! Should I go back to Phase 1 for the 9 days or just until I lose those 2 lbs?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the site. I guess I shouldn't be upset about my .2 lb. weight gain since being on Phase II. I actually lost 1 lb. the lst week but gained .2 back the 2nd week. I'm doing one detox day (today) to see if that helps move my weight down again. I will also be upping my exercise a little this week.

However, I've written this before, I have to watch my calories no matter how I eat (unless maybe I stayed on detox which I have no intention of doing). So I am also going from 1600 daily calories to 1500 this week & see if that helps me lose. If not, I'll reduce to 1400 calories & keep experimenting until I find the most I can eat while still losing something every week.

Thanks Judy!!! I know I didn't get all my water in the past 2 days as well, so I'm hoping some of this weight gain is water. I have done the detox day today so hope to see the scale back down tomorrow!

I really love the Fat Smash Plan! For some reason, this has been easy to stick with. My son has actually started as well. He' s 19 and wants to lose a few pounds. He's on day 5 and has already lost 5lbs! My daughter just started it today as well.

Take care and thanks for answering!
