curb!! No I dont think two times a day doing exercise is to much at all. Of course my family calles me the exercise queen!! hew!! hew! I just love doing exercise. It clears my head, releves stress and just gives you a better out look. GIrl you go for the Dec 7th goal!! work it !! Havwe a great night and so happy you are with all of us. |
Nell, Sweetie we all fall off the wagon, it is what you do after the fall that
makes the differnce. Ok, you fell off. now pick and dust yourself off and get right back on the wagon. Dont feel guilty , that is the worse thing you can do. Forgive yourself and move on. Detox is calling your name!! hew!! hew!! I sure works for me!! lol HaVe a good night |

I think tomorrow will be my first twice a day! Maybe tonight if I can get everyone off to bed! I feel better when I exercise too! It seems like I can feel the weight just falling off me. That when I'm done I feel stronger, and every time I repeat that tape it seems like I'm pushing myself harder! |
I need to get back in the game! I am 10 pounds from onederland so I just need to kick it into gear! My mind is rejecting the plan, ever since I had that one cheat day. My mom started the plan yesterday, so I hope that will keep me motivated.
I have to really get myself to the grocery store, that is the biggest problem. When I run out of good choices, I cheat! Plus I swear I am coming up on TOM, but it seems too soon! I am starting strict phase one tomorrow! I won't do 9 more days, but I will continue until my mom is out of phase 1, that might work! Going to grocery store in am! It's funny to hear others talk about people being jealous of the weight we are losing. I have a funny goal...I want to be skinnier than my sil at Thanksgiving. She goes to WW and has lost 60 pounds. I am determined to be skinnier than her...we'll see! Thanks for "listening" Julie |

it has been a very busy week at work. Just happy for the weekend to be rolling along. Good morning everyone, well, the weekend is here, are we prepared? Have we planned our meals, so we can in control threw the weekend? I know for me the weekend, is the hardest for me to stay the coarse, so I have planned my meals, and my IE, and I WILL DO IT!!!

started phase on today, so far so good, feeling a little woozy, but luckily, i may lose some weight before thsnksgiving!

To My Fellow Smashers, Thanks for the motivation. I am back on plan. Right now I am doing Phase II. The cold finally got me. I came home from work last night and laid in bed till this morning. Don't have much of an appetite but forced myself to eat a bowl of cereal for dinner. About to have a salad with some turkey breast in it.
Congrats Wanna Be Skinny Chic, on your loss. You seem to be right on point. I myself have a goal of fitting in these very small size 14 jeans by my Birthday on Dec 9. Good Luck on your goal. I know you will make it. Haven't worked out today just feeling very sick. Maybe later I will try some Pilates which will probably be a little easier for me to handle. The weekend is here and my goal is to not cheat. Ladean, the weekends are always the hardest for me also because I am so tempted and its hard being around people not on the plan and they can eat whatever they want. I had a mini success story. I went to the store last night to get some cold medicine and I saw all the candy and chips and chocolate and the devil was saying go ahead you are sick treat yourself and I was like "NO" being thin will taste a lot better. That made me feel good about myself and I know I can do it. My Fellow Smashers enjoy your three day weekend and lets keep Smashing!!!! |

Wow, I was rebelling last night or something. I was pondering my lack of loss this week & thinking, well, if it's just coming down to eating healthy & counting calories, then why bother sticking to Phase II - why not add my whole wheat pasta & a slice of whole wheat bread once in a while? In fact, why bother with the phases at all? As long as I can keep eating healthy & keep my binging at bay then maybe I should just join the calorie counters forum here at 3FatChicks.
I pre-weighed myself today & did show a slight loss, so I'm going to stick with my 3rd week of Phase II (which I thought I was going to stay with until I reach goal - changed my mind about that). I did a lot of studying again last night of how many calories I should be eating for my size. It varied from site to site but the average was 1400 calories, which sounds right to me. I have been aiming for 1600 so that's probably why I'm not losing much (esp. since I'm down to my last 10 lbs.). I guess I just thought I could get away with more calories by eating right. Still comes down to calories for me, at least when I'm so close to goal. I also want to remind everyone that I just started exercising (30 min. every other day of aerobics for this week - I'll add some toning next week). But my deal is this, I will not exercise like I did some years ago where I worked out an hour almost every day of the week. I think that's what started some of my aches & pain I feel now & I kept injuring myself (pulled muscles, sore ankles, etc.). My average workouts will be 30 min. (more on days I feel like it) every other day with some toning/light weights in between). The good thing is I think I can stick with FS & not feel hungry like I did on WW, even while lowering my daily calories. I'm going to do it a little at a time. Next week will be 1500 avg. calories. Any week I don't lose at least 1/2 lb. I'll reduce 100 calories. So I'm sticking with FS but will be going into Phase III after my 3 weeks of Phase II. I'm not craving anything (which is a great thing). I just want to be able to have whole wheat pasta & whole wheat bread once in a while. |
