Hey ladies! I am new at this and I looooove cheese, what phase can I have it in?? and how much can I have????

you need to be in Phase 2 and you can have 1.3 oz of cheese a day (about 2 slices)

yes, on phase 2 you can have cheese. I just sprinkle a little my salads.

I thought it was an ounce on Phase II, and 1.5 ounces on phase III?

I also thought it's one ounce of cheese on Phase II (gotta find my book) & that's all I'm eating.
