I went on the Fat Smash Diet back in April of this year. While on the Diet, I did tons of online research & found many recipes.

I used many of these recipes to create daily meal planners (for 2 adults, 6 meals/day) for Phases I through Phase III of the Diet. The meal planners are done on spreadsheets for quick & easy reference. They are also an easy way to help create grocery lists. I have compiled all of the recipes & meal planners in binders. I have given 1 binder to my parents to assist them with the Diet.

I am back on the Diet & do plan on finding & creating recipes for the remaining Phases (IV-V) of the Diet. I would like to share these binders with people interested in the Diet. My DH thinks I can somehow make a small profit from all the time & effort I used in creating these. What do you think?!

It sounds like it might be useful. I would suggest offering it on ebay. We can't allow something like that to be offered here, due to our forum policy. But ebay might be a good outlet, since there are a lot of diet programs for sale there. If it contains too many details about the diet, then you might run into problems with the author and publisher, due to copyrights. Offering the planners for sale could also be an issue, and you may want to consult an attorney before investing anymore time into it.
