I read my book, bought scales, a blender and $100 worth of stuff that is on the phase 1 list. I made a cookbook of all the phase 1 recipies. I made a list of ALL the items and seasonings needed and I took off for the store. I even bought TOFU. I dont know what to do with it but I bought it.

I am motivated and determined. I bought a Walk away the Pounds video and I have a Tae Bo just waiting to be played. I am starting tomorrow so tonight DH and I are eating pizza and watching Pay Per View.

I might bug you ladies but I find that the support here is amazing. I cant wait to meet you ladies and share in your progress. Here is to Smashing.
