Thumbs up First Day

Hi Everyone, I was inspired by your website yesterday and the wonderful way you can put together the limited foods we are able to eat. Thanks a bunch. Any hints or tips would be appricated, as this is my first day on this new journey.
I normally do weight watchers but heard the success of the Smash Diet so I thought I would check it out.
Look forward to hearing from everyone.

Unhappy Friend gave up and left me!

Hi Everyone,
I started yesterday with a friend of mine, and she already gave up on the diet. So, it is a little disappointing.

It is boring for this week for food but I am not starving so that is nice, but just need creative ways to make the food fun.... any idea????

How do I add my little weight tracker to the bottom of my emails???

Hi,

Go to User CP at the top of the page and then click on Edit Signature. It will tell you how to add the weight tracker. Get creative! There are so many ways to cook veggies. I never thought that I would eat tofu, but it is pretty good. But I think that the stuffed bell peppers are my favorite. I just followed a recipe that I found doing a google search. I just left out the meat and added tofu. They were yummy.

Hi! I just started the Fat Smash diet today so I really can't give any suggestions. So far it hasn't been too bad but it has only been a few hours. I know it is going to get hard fast since I normally drink 2-3 bottles of soda a day. I'm also not much of a veggie eater but found last night that onions, peppers and mushrooms are actually pretty good. I guess the only thing I can tell you to just remind yourself that the first phase is only 9 days. After that things can only get better!
