What phase are we allowed cottage cheese??

I don't see cottage cheese specifically listed in the book. I think it would be more than safe to include cottage cheese as your dairy, substituting it for the calorie equivalent of milk or yogurt

I was wondering that to. You think in any phase or phase 2 . I got my book read thru it I think I might begin MOnday. I need to get more herbs in the house . I don't use many some salt I don't even think I use a ton of that even. Any good suggestions on good basics and ones that you use alot. ?
