Talking Newbie Starting Fat Smash

Hey Everyone.

So I started Phase I day 1 today... I got the book late last night and didn't have a chance to go shopping, so I just decided to start off with Mcdonald's fruit salad (w/o the walnuts of course) and I'll just eat that throughout the day till I get off work (I bought a couple of them).

Question:

is it okay for me to eat the lowfat yogurt with that?

and

From before I started, I had Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal at work... should I not use that since it has sugar?

Any assistance is appreciated!

If you're looking for tons of information regarding FSD, go to the fatsmashdiet website and sign-up for their yahoo group (scroll down towards the bottom and you'll see the link). It's free and they offer FAQ's on each Phase and great recipes. Dr. Ian Smith is also a member of the group and has answered several of the questions posted there.

Happy smashing!
