Default Question about hommus

I found a hommus at the store the other day that is fat free and the only ingredients are Chick peas, cauliflower, fresh garlic, lemon juice, red pepper and salt. very little salt though, NO oil!! Its very low calorie too. Do you think this would be ok to eat??

I love hummus! I did eat this during Phase I. I don't think it breaks any rules, but someone else may be able to make a more definitive ruling on that as I have lent my book to a friend.

I bought some that was fresh prepped at our local health food store. I dip fresh vegetables in it and it is great!
