Olivia, I'm in the same boat! I've been sooooo sick the past few days! I'm trying to stay on track as far as what I eat, however I have not been eating as often as I should. I too cheated earlier this week, having sorbet and yes it felt excellent on my throat. :) What has not been excellent is my lack of exercise :( I can barely sit still without coughing up a storm, let alone go for a run! While I'm not feeling 100% yet, I'm going to try and get more on track tomorrow as far as eating regularly, but I won't be running for prolly a few more days after that till I know I'm over this. Hope everyone else is feeling well! Feel well soon Olivia!

New to Fat Smasher and forum
Greetings, I am new to Fat Smasher, beginning Phase 1 in the morning (9/25). I am also new to posting to forums so if I make mistakes, please forgive.
I have a lot of weight to lose and have a lot of handicaps to go along with them. But I have decided that if I don't get the weight off now, I'll be in a wheelchair before a year is over. So....... I've had to quit work so I'll be able to research meals and cook what's needed. Wish me luck. And I'll need all the support I can get. |
Keep on Pushing
Hello everyone, I am through Day4 of Phase I and I must say, it is getting easier. I still want some grease and cheese, but not as much :) I will not get on the scale until Phase I is over, but I feel better mentally and physically. I am inspired by your posts and will look to all of you for more inspiration.
I really like the support and as the days go by, I hope to notice more changes in my life and look forward to reading the changes in all of yours.:dizzy: Take care Stacie |
Hi. I am on Day 3 of Phase 1. It is getting a little easier. I take it day by day. I was wondering if any of you knew if veggie burgers (Boca or Morning star) are acceptable for Phase 1.
