Default Thinking of starting to Smash

I have the book and I'm going to read it tonight. I was wondering how you all are doing on this diet? What are the hardest challenges, and has the weightloss been worth it? Does Phase 1 leave you hungry?

Thanks!

I've been on literally dozens of programs, and out of all of them, this is the easiest and most effective. I lost 10 lbs in about 11 days. Eating several smaller meals means I'm not too hungry.

I think you will enjoy it ! Best of luck!

I have found this to be a very easy plan to follow. I lost 10 lbs in the first 11 days. (Day 3 was the hardest for me by far, but it did get easier). Phase 2 isn't so bad-it is nice to have chicken & tuna again!!!I can see myself eating this way regularly-with an occasional "cheat day" here & there, of course!

I am starting the Fat Smash Diet tomorrow 9/12 and I am hoping this will work for me I have tried plenty of things with no results because it becomes so easy for me to give up and head for Starbucks and the bread store. I was just wondering how this diet seems to be working out for people is it easy is it hard do you get hungry so just drop me some lines to let me know please

I read through the book last night, and I am definately going to try it. I have to travel for work the next two days, so I will start on Sunday. It seems easy enough - I'm excited to get going.

Very frustrated here. Still waiting on book. I think I better go out to store and buy it. 18 days still no book. I emailed person I ordered it from and got generic response. Drats. Glad to see so many doing so well and feeling good about it. Kathy

One of my diary friends are on this diet and she absolutely loves it. She emailed me all the phases and what I can and can't eat so I am excited to start. Tomorrow I plan on going shopping for all of the food I need...and i shall start it thursday.
