Breaking diet advice
I am going on a fieldtrip to a big city on Wednesday, problem is, I'm on phase 1. I'm on my 6th day of the detox and it would be the 8th day on the same day I have the fieldtrip. My friend (who has done a detox type diet for yoga class) suggested I break my diet for that day since they will be no way to keep going and just start again the next day. What do you guys think?
By the way, I've lost 2 inches off of my hips and 2 inches off my waist.
